Fred Wilson Busy in the Studio

The boys in the band are busy finishing up the latest set of recordings. Look for the first EP to come out before the end of the year, with the following tunes ready for public consumption:

  » Nighttrain
  » I'm Relaxed
  » Breaker Breaker
  » Shake Your Rump

Don't miss our late-October two show "tour" of SoCal. OK, that might be overstating it slightly... but we are leaving the studio for at least two nights this month...

Fred Wilson Set to Attack South by Southwest!

The Fred Wilson rock machine is poised and ready to pounce, like a hungry puma, on the annual International music conference South by Southwest in Austin, TX next week (3/18/04 to be precise). Band members are fine-tuning their guitar-wielding rock n' roll leaps and humorous onstage banter in an effort to woo the jaded record executives into an 8-figure record deal. If that doesn't work, guitarist Weston Radcliffe plans on carrying a concealed weapon and threatening bodily harm. Either way, it is sure to be a splentastic weekend of rock. Big ol' props go to Mike Galaxy of Indie Hits for inviting Fred!

Here are the showcase details - COME TO AUSTIN!

"Death to the Supermodels" Mentioned in Playboy

The February 2004 issue of Playboy magazine features actress Jaime Pressly on the cover. On page 131, amidst the... ahem... beautifully shot photographs... is a reference to the movie Fred Wilson is currently scoring! This can only help build the buzz for the film, and hopefully for the band!
